Brewing recipe using ORIGAMI dripper with KOPIKALYAN Vol.3
- Dripper : ORIGAMI Dripper Air S
- Server : Glass Coffee Server with HARIO
- Paper Filter : Paper Filter [Cone] *1-2 cup size is used this time.
- Coffee beans: 18 g (assuming shallow to medium roast), medium grind (24~5 clicks on a comandante grinder)
- Hot water : 300g 92°C
- Spoon for stirring
- Kettle
- Scale
- Mug

It has a rich grape-like flavor, like that used in jams, and a juicy fruitiness.
This coffee has a long-lasting sweetness with depth.
Preparation
(1) Place the ORIGAMI Dripper on the server and set a paper filter with the ribs folded over it.
(2) Pour hot water through the paper filter.
(3) Weigh 18g of medium ground coffee into the paper filter.
(4) Shake the dripper to flatten the coffee beans.
