Shipping Date
We will ship within 3 business days after the payment is completed. If the order includes Saturday, Sunday, national holidays,
or holidays, the order will be shipped within 3 business days after omitting Saturday, Sunday, national holidays, and holidays.
(e.g.: Order placed on a Friday → Shipment by Wednesday based on the conversion of business days from Monday, omitting Saturdays and Sundays.
If you choose to pay by bank transfer, the order will be shipped after the transfer is confirmed.
Orders with a corporate discount will be shipped within 5 business days after payment is completed.
Minimum delivery date
The minimum delivery date varies depending on the payment method and delivery area, but please allow 3 business days.
Please note that if Saturday, Sunday, or a national holiday is included, we will respond from the beginning of the vacation.

Change delivery date and time
Once the shipment has been completed, the delivery date and time cannot be changed. Please check the delivery notification e-mail sent after the shipment is completed and contact the delivery company to change the delivery date and time by yourself.
In case of absence
If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the delivery company will leave a notice of absence, and you will be asked to arrange for re-delivery. The package will be kept for 7 days from the date of the first delivery.
We cannot reship returned items, so please place another order.
In such cases, shipping charges will not be refunded. Only the product price will be refunded.

Shipping to Delivery

When a shipment is sent via Japan Post EMS, it will be handed over to the local postal service or its partner delivery company (e.g., Chronopost, Royal Mail, Australia Post, etc.) upon arrival in the destination country, and then delivered according to the process below.
1. Shipping of items
You can track your parcel using the tracking number on the official Japan Post tracking page.
Due to the contractual arrangements between Japan Post and postal operators in each country, once a parcel shipped from our company leaves Japan and arrives overseas, we are unable to arrange redelivery or make any other delivery-related requests on your behalf.
Please check your tracking number and contact your local post office in your country or region directly.

2. Payment of Duties / Taxes
If import duties or taxes are incurred, payment will be required.
In such cases, you will receive a notification from the local post office or delivery carrier.
If you do not receive the notification, please contact the local delivery company directly.
3. Delivery Attempt / Notice
If you are not at home when delivery is attempted, a notice will be left.
Please follow the instructions to request redelivery or pick up the parcel at your local post office.

3. Customs Procedures After Arrival
Once the parcel arrives in the destination country, it will go through import inspection and customs duty assessment.
If customs duties or import taxes apply, a payment notice (via email or SMS) will be sent to the recipient by DHL.
4. Payment of Duties and Taxes
・DHL acts as an intermediary for customs in the destination country and may advance the taxes on behalf of the recipient. The recipient will then make the payment directly to DHL.
・You can pay DHL directly online via credit/debit card or the DHL “Duties & Taxes Payment” system.
・If payment is not completed, the parcel may be held by customs and eventually returned to the sender.
5. Delivery or Pickup (ServicePoint)
After customs clearance, delivery will proceed.
If you’re not home, DHL will provide a redelivery or pickup option through the On Demand Delivery service.

6. At the Time of Delivery
Please have your tracking number and valid ID ready if required.
