- Changing or Canceling Orders
Customers who have registered asmembers with ORIGAMI EC can cancel their orders on their account page only before shipment.
If you do not have an account, you can cancel your order from your account page after creating an account.

We do not accept changes to orders (product, color, quantity, payment method, shipping address, etc.) after the order has been confirmed. If you wish to make changes, please cancel your order and place a new order.
- Returns and Exchanges
Returns and Exchanges for Customer Convenience
We do not accept any order cancellation, change, or return of delivered items due to customer's reasons (e.g., the item is not what you expected, you ordered the wrong item, etc.) after the item arrives at our store. Please understand this beforehand before placing an order.
In the case of returns or exchanges due to product defects
If you have received a product that is different from the one you ordered, or if the product is damaged or has a quality problem, we will accept returns or exchanges according to the following procedures.
(If you received the wrong product) 1. within 3 days of receiving the merchandise, please first notify us by e-mail with a photo attached. [email@example.com]
2. After our confirmation, we will send you the good item and an invoice for return shipping (shipping cost to be borne by us).
3. If you have received the wrong item, please return it with the return invoice within 7 days of receipt (in the case of damaged or defective items).
(In the case of damaged or defective products)
1. within 3 days of receiving the product, please send us an e-mail with a photo attached.[firstname.lastname@example.org]
2. We will send you a replacement item after our confirmation.
3. Please dispose of the damaged item(s).
（If you received the wrong product, damaged product, or defective product）
If you receive an item that is different from the one you ordered, or if the item is damaged or there is a quality problem, we will send you a good item or a refund according to the following procedure.
1. within 3 days of receiving the merchandise, please first send us an e-mail with a photo attached.
2. After our confirmation, we will send the good item(s) or issue a refund.
3. Please dispose of any defective or damaged items that have been delivered to you by mistake.
＜Domestic and overseas＞
However, we do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases
- If the product has been used
- If the delivery note is lost
- If 10 days have passed since the product was received.
Shipping charges for returns and exchanges
We will pay for shipping only if the product is different from the ordered product or if there is a quality problem such as damage to the product.
If the product is different from the one you ordered, or if there is a quality problem such as damage to the product, there is no need to return the product.
- Wrapping and Noshi
Gift wrapping and noshi are not available. We recommend the purchase of a gift box or gift bag.
- Defective merchandise
If you receive an item that is different from the one you ordered, or if the item is damaged or has a quality problem, we accept returns according to the following procedure.
1) Please notify us first by e-mail within 3 days of receiving the merchandise.
2) We will send you the good item and a return invoice (COD).
3) Please return the defective item(s) that you received by mistake with the return invoice within 7 days of receipt.
For damaged items, please dispose of them.

1) EC site cannot purchase products in countries where there is a distributor due to contracts with the distributor*.

*Wholesale prices are available only for countries where there is no distributor, and for countries where there is a distributor but the distributor does not have the product in stock.
2) 20% discount is applied to orders of 100,000 yen or more and less than 500,000 yen (undiscounted price) under the terms and conditions of the transaction.

4) Shipping within 10~15 business days

We accept lot orders from 100 pieces per shape and color.
