Return Policy

We take all possible measures to ensure that the products we deliver to you are the same as the products you ordered,
However, if you receive an item that is different from the one you ordered, or if the item is damaged or has a quality problem, we will replace it with the same item.
If we are unable to provide the same product, we will issue a refund.


Returns and exchanges will not be accepted if any of the following apply

- Products purchased outside of the ORIGAMI Online Store (other e-commerce malls, retail stores, etc.)
- If the product has already been used
- Replacement of products for the customer's own reasons (e.g., the product is not what you expected, you ordered the wrong product, etc.)
- If more than 10 days have elapsed since the product was received
- When the invoice is lost
- If the product is returned to us for any reason, such as refusal of receipt at the customer's convenience, incorrect address entered by the customer, or exceeding the storage period
- Orders that have been placed through a third party such as a forwarding service company and have caused problems (damage or loss)
- Returns due to shipping delays

ORIGAMI Online Store customer support will contact you within 3 business days with instructions on how to return or exchange the product.
After confirming the details of your return/exchange request, we will ship the replacement product as soon as it is ready.
Please dispose of the defective item(s) at hand as there is no need to return it.

Please use the Sagawa Express pickup service and complete the return shipping procedure. We will bear the shipping and handling costs associated with the return shipment.

No return shipping is required for overseas shipments.
