A product born from a collaboration between Tetsu Kasuya, SIBARIST, and ORIGAMI: “TOS Aroma Carafe designed by SIBARIST.”
Tetsu Kasuya, the World Brewers Cup 2016 Champion, led the idea development and validation, the Barcelona-based coffee equipment brand SIBARIST handled the concept planning and design, and ORIGAMI undertook the manufacturing of the product.
By “capturing, concentrating, and releasing” the aroma of coffee, it delivers a richer experience in that very moment. It features an iconic, minimalist silhouette and an intuitively usable handle-less design.
Bringing a new presence to the coffee industry, it is a design created to leave a lasting impression on those who hold it.
Both the carafe and the handle are made in Japan and carefully finished by hand, one by one.
This is a special handcrafted product shaped by the skills and experience of skilled artisans.

You may occasionally notice a small raised spot on the inside of the carafe bottom.
This occurs during the manufacturing process known as “drain casting,” when the mold is turned over during draining and the clay gathers at a single point along the curve of the bottom.
As this is unavoidable in production, it is not considered a defect. Thank you for your understanding.

Important information regarding the characteristics of ceramics and our products
Handle: Cowhide leather, vegetable-tanned (Made in Japan)
This product is a porcelain carafe. To help prevent coffee odors and staining and to keep it in beautiful condition for longer, please wash and dry it as soon as possible after use.
〈Cleaning Instructions〉
Add a small amount of mild detergent and gently wash with lukewarm water using a bottle brush.
Due to the narrow opening, we recommend using a wine decanter brush.
After washing, rinse thoroughly and dry the carafe upside down.
〈If Coffee Stains Are a Concern〉
Add 1 teaspoon of baking soda to lukewarm water and soak for approximately 20–30 minutes.
Then, scrub thoroughly with a brush and rinse well.
〈Drying Instructions〉
After washing, drain off excess water and allow the carafe to air-dry upside down.
If the inside is difficult to dry, gently absorb excess moisture with a paper towel before drying.
〈Precautions for Use〉
After brewing coffee, the carafe body may become hot. For safe use, please attach the included handle before handling.
Do not use metal scrubbers or abrasive sponges, as they may scratch the surface.
Sudden temperature changes may cause damage.
Carafe: Thermal shock resistance up to 120°C. Microwave- and dishwasher-safe.
Handle: Please be aware that color transfer may occur. If the handle becomes wet, dry it thoroughly. Regular maintenance with leather oil will enhance its texture and appearance over time.

By introducing DHL’s DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service, customs duties and import-related fees are included in the total amount paid on our website.
